Privacy, without the guesswork.

This notice explains how Your Work Page handles website inquiries and correspondence.

Your Work Page is a home-based website and design service in Ontario. For privacy questions, access or correction requests, or to request deletion of an inquiry, email hello@yourworkpage.com.

Information and purpose

The inquiry builder asks for your name, email address, name or business name, business type, project goal, services, an optional website or booking link, content readiness and acknowledgment of the package scope. If you send an inquiry by email or through an enabled form, we use the information to assess your request, discuss scope and availability, and reply to you. It does not book a project, take payment or subscribe you to marketing.

Form and email delivery

Selecting Send inquiry sends your answers to Netlify Forms, which stores the submission. Email notifications go through our branded mailbox at Namespro and are forwarded to our inquiry inbox in Gmail. We can reply to the email address you provide.

Netlify hosts the website and provides the form service. Namespro provides our domain and branded email service. Messages sent to hello@yourworkpage.com pass through Namespro and are forwarded to Gmail, which we use to receive and manage correspondence. These providers process information to provide their services. They may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and mail or request logs for service delivery and security.

Provider processing and storage may take place outside Canada. Their own policies explain their practices: Netlify privacy policy, Google privacy policy and Namespro terms and privacy policy.

Your browser copy

Working answers stay in the open browser tab until you clear them or leave the page. The website does not use browser local storage to keep your inquiry. Copying or downloading creates a copy under your control. Clearing the form removes its working copy; it does not remove downloaded files, clipboard text or a message already sent by email or an enabled form.

Retention

For inquiries that do not become projects, our retention period is six months after the last contact. At the end of that period, we delete the inquiry and related working correspondence under our control, unless a specific legal or contractual obligation requires us to keep a record longer. Deletion is managed manually; no automatic six-month deletion is enabled.

This policy covers our copies in Netlify Forms, Gmail, any retained Namespro mailbox copies and any inquiry files we have downloaded. A provider’s technical logs and backups may have separate retention periods. If an inquiry becomes a project, project correspondence and billing records follow the recordkeeping arrangements explained when the project is agreed.

Sensitive information and access

Please do not include passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers, confidential client records or medical information. If a project later requires account access, use limited invitations rather than sharing passwords.

We use the inquiry information to handle your request and share it with the service providers described above as needed to deliver that service. We do not sell inquiry information or add you to a marketing list.

Website tracking

This website has no client-side analytics scripts, advertising pixels or external font services. Hosting and email providers may still keep technical logs as described above. Any change to the inquiry providers or website tracking will be reflected in this notice.

Requests and questions

Email hello@yourworkpage.com to ask about, access, correct or delete information you have sent us. We may need enough information to verify that the request concerns your records. We will review the request and explain any records we are required to keep.
